The blower helps in transporting the fine ground material from the milling chamber to the cyclone. The machine can pulverize grains and pulses up to 20 microns, herbs up to 500 microns, spices up to 350 microns and chemical up to 200 microns. The mill is available in 4 models namely Deluxe Mill, Super Mill, Deluxe Jumbo-F and Super Jumbo-F. Specification : Shakti Multi Mill with Aspiration System Consists of Blower, Cyclone, Air filter and Airlock, Blower helps in transporting fine material from milling chamber to Cyclone. This process helps to keep the material to cool at fast Speed, Air filter are provided to reduce wastage and filter material particles which otherwise goes waste in open air. Airlock helps in easy discharge & Handling of material. Different meshes (nos.4) are provided to attain different powder sizes. It can pulverize pulses and grains up to 250 microns, spices - 350, herbs - 500 and chemical up to 200 micron (95% pass through). But it will vary according to the percentage of oil, moisture and fibre content in the raw material. It is generally advisable for pulverizing of spices up to 400kg/shift, pulses and grains - 1200kg/shift, herbs-700kgs/shift other items 1100kg/shift.
