We manufacture turning center tool holders as per the photos shown above. We developed these cnc tool holders for murat warner swasey, as oem and continued to extend the technologies to other cnc turning machine manufacturers like murata seiki, mazak etc. We can also custom design and manufacture these tool heads for other machines also.

We manufacture a wide range of clutch forks for tractors made of sg iron castings. These clutch forks are sourced from a sgi casting route of grades sg 5007 and sg 6003. These are machined on vmc's with 4 axis and are induction hardened in house and supplied in ready to assemble condition to oem's. we have a capacity to manufacture about 10,000 forks per month. We are in a position to develop clutch forks for other branded transmissions also.

We supply these forks to the tractor manufacturers like force motors ltd. And a multinational same-deutz-fahr india ltd. For all their tractors from 25 h.p. To 70 h.p. We supply about 4000 forksmonth for force motors ltd. For all their models of tractors. These shifter forks are sourced from a forging route or an sgi casting route as per the specification on the drawings. They are machined, then induction hardened and supplied to above manufacturers in a ready to assemble condition. Our sister concern karnatak agro industries collaborated with john deere product support department and designed with their help a variety of a special service tools for john deere agricultural tractors. We design and manufacture about 66 types of tools divided into 4 subgroups 1. Engine service tools. ( 26 nos used for servicing of engine ) 2. Luke clutch tools . ( 6 nos used to assemble or dissemble the tractor clutch ) 3. Transmission tools. ( 24 nos used for servicing of transmission ) 4. Rail & trolly assembly. ( 10 nos used to dissemble the engine and transmission ) these tools are used by john deere tractor dealers located all over india and abroad to service the tractors. Karnatak agro industries is the sole manufacturer of such service tools for john deere tractors. The company must have supplied more than 1500 kits of service tools to john deere dealers. The arrangement is the tools are all approved by john deere product support department and our company supplies these tools to the dealers directly from our factory against the orders and the full payment in our bank account. at present the tools are designed for john deere tractor dealers and used all over india to service john deere tractors manufactured in india. We are the single source for all the john deere dealers spread all over india and the neighboring countries like sri lanka, thailand, philippines, cambodia etc.

Quickey doall: this machine has a variable speed motor for the cutter. It can cut key blanks of any material ; hard like stainless steel or soft like brass with ease ; since the cutter speed can be adjusted from 100 rpm to 700 rpm by a rotary button to suit the key blank material. All quickey eco features as well as quickey - long features are present in it. it can duplicate all u groove and v groove keys. It can duplicate all godrej flat keys and all scooter and car keys. Its sliding mechanism is convenient to duplicate godrej flat keys very fast. We have redesigned the key holding fixture so that even keys up to 9.5 ( 225 mm ) long can also be duplicated on this machine. This feature helps to cut vault and shutter keys which are very long.

We manufacture shifter forks for zf gear boxes 9 speeds and 6 speeds. These are sourced from local shell mould foundries in sg grade 600 3 and are machined on 4th axic vmc machines for quality and productivity. We manufacture and supply engine bearing caps for heavy duty diesel engines for oems in india like man and force motors. This critical part is made out of sg iron castings of grade 600 3 or 500 7. The castings are developed in belgaum, karnataka foundries and are machined on our vmc machines for dimensional accuracy and productivity. We have a dedicated set up for engine bearing cap machining. The multi-utility door hinges are made from steel rolled section and forgings for strength and rigidity and the lcv hinges are made from steel plates with welded construction due to small volumes. These also have the requisite strength and rigidity. Presently, we are the original equipment suppliers to force motors ltd, pithampur, and manufacture about 10,000 sets of multi utility vehicle hinges for all their trax vehicles, about 5000 sets of light commercial vehicle hinges for their 'traveller range of vehicles and 15000 sets of bus and tipper hinges for various body building shops across india.
