DI has developed and successfully installed this product which is used as a Poka-yoke system in stud welding applications. Most Stud machines donot give a feedback signal for ‘Stud Complete’ and thus making it impossible to count the number of studs welded. DI Stud Counter interfaces with the Stud machine veru easily (plug-n-play) and provides an accurate counting and monitoring system which ensures the right number of studs welded in every cycle and thus eliminating rejections/rework.

DI develops slides and gantries for Robot manipulators, SPMs or any other equipment that needs to be mobilized for attaining extended reach and covering more work area. Owing to a strong manufacturing setup, we offer the best prices and lead times which shal not require negotiations.
