Lactobacillus casei is one of the many species of bacteria belonging in the genus Lactobacillus. It is a mesophilic bacteria that is gram positive, rod shaped, nonsporing, nonmotile, anaerobic, and contains no cytochromes. L. casei can be found in various environments such as raw and fermented dairy products, intestinal tracts and reproductive systems of humans and animals, and fresh and fermented plant products. The optimum pH for L. casei is 5.5. The lactic acid produced by L. casei through fermentation is very important since it can be used to make cheeses and yogurts, reduce cholesterol levels, enhance immune response, control diarrhea, alleviate lactose intolerance, inhibit intestinal pathogens, and serve as probiotics. Probiotics are viable microorganisms that promote or support a beneficial balance of microbes to live in the gastrointestinal tract

Fishes and shrimps becomes stressed or die when exposed to pH extreme or when pH changes rapidly, even if the changes occurs within a pH range that is normally tolerated. Eubiotics not only helps to improve the pond environment but also keeps water pH within tolerable limit. Benefits: 1) Regulates Pond water pH. 2) Prevents foul smell in Pond water. 3) Prevents fungal infection and microcyst. 4) Work as Growth Promoter. Application : Add 3 Kg of pure jaggary in one bucket (16 ltrs.) of clean water. After mixing thoroughly add 1 Itr. of XPERTLAC™-AQUE. Keep it inside air tight can for 24-36 hrs under shade. This becomes extended culture of 20 ltrs.. For Shrimp: Apply 20 ltrs. of extended culture per acre of pond with 1 meterdepth per week/ 10 days. For Fish: As suggested by Aqua technician. For High pH Control : Apply 20 ltrs. (shock dose) of extended culture peracre of pond with 1 meter depth, thereafter apply 4 Itrs./ acre of pond for five days in case of pH is more than 9.0
