In a permanent situation, free point, back-off and milling operations are required to remedy the situation. In a temporarysituation, potential loss of the liner during retrieval and its unplannedreturn to the bottom of the well usually result in a costly fishing operationas well as damage to the liner casing.It has a locking dog assembly that prevents movement of the debrisscreen until the running/setting tools physically release the assembly.
