Rimzol India Private Limited manufactures a fully formulated high performance emulsifier package, Cutting Oil, to make soluble cutting oil concentrate in a wide range of paraffinic base stocks to be used for general purpose metal working applications. Approximately 18 – 20 % Cutting Oil Emulsifier is blended with suitable paraffinic base stocks as per the need of the applications. Soluble cutting oil concentrate made from Cutting Oil provides spontaneous emulsion formation with good stability for longer duration even with hard water, excellent rust and corrosion prevention, protection against microbial attack and impart reasonably good extreme pressure property. Application / Composition :  Recommended for variety of general purpose machining operations for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
