Taxibhubaneswar will not be responsible for any kind of delays and alterations in the programmers or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport vehicles, bad weather condition, sickness of drivers, landslides in hilly area, political closures or any kind of unavoidable circumstances. All the calls made to our call centre are recorded by us for quality and training purpose. Taxibhubaneswar has the right to use the customer contact details for its own marketing purpose. Taxibhubaneswar will not be responsible directly or indirectly for any kind of loss, injury or damage to person, property due to any type of natural calamities, fire, accident, breakdown, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages or anything beyond our control. We have third party insurance policy covering the Accidents to passengers traveling in our vehicles. The claim has to be settled with the insurance company and our vendors directly as per rules and regulations.
