Duroplast Grey color UPVC /RPVC pipes are manufactured as per IS :4985/2000 specifications and are used for drinking water supply, for irrigation from pumping station to the field or from the canal to the field. Duroplast pipes are supplied with one end bell- ended for better & hassle – free joining using solvent cement. Solvent Cement is an adhesive made specifically for joining UPVC pipes & are supplied in a semi-liquid form. The pipes can be laid on the ground or preferably in 2 feet deep trenches below ground for better safety.

DUROPIPES BRAND RIGID PVC PIPES AS PER IS-4985/2000 These pipes are manufactured as per B.I.S Specifications. These  pipes are available in six classes or pressure ratings from 2.5 kg/cm2 to 12 kg/cm2  in sizes ranging from 40 mm to 400 mm. All pipes are tested in the inhouse testing laboratory to ensure various chemical, mechanical and physical properties are as per IS and international standards. These pipes are widely used in drinking water, sewerage, rain water harvesting, salt water, acids.,alkalies, aggressive fluids, pulverised material as well as in  irrigation  projects besides ducting for exhaust vapours, telephone, electrical  conduits and even as safety casings in tube/bore–wells.They are economically joined with solvent cement. Available only in ivory grey colour.

Duroplast Grey color UPVC Pipes are made as per IS:4985/2000 specifications and are used for a variety of industrial purposes. They are used for internal air conditioning exhaust ducting, for branch connections in cooling towers besides finding varoius application due to their rigidness as a spindle to wrap foils, thread, tape. Duroplast pipes are also used for flushing hot water & certain acids in Steel / Aluminum / Power generating plants. They are extensively used for cooling recycled hot water in cooling towers in NDCT / IDCT.   The SWR range is also used for effluent discharge from house toilet to sump from pumping station to the canal or the river. Duroplast Pipes are also used in all rain water harvesting systems for flowing water into the well thus helping in replenishing ground water levels.

Duroplast piping system is available from 20 to 200 mm diameter sizes at various pressure rating from 2.5 to 16 kg/cm2 (35.5 to 227.5 psi).Manufactured from virgin pipe grade raw material (PE80/PE63 & PE100). Manufactured as per IS:4984/2016, standards in PE-63, PE-80 and PE-100 grades.Up to 6 meter in straight lengths and up to 100 meters In coils.

The pipes come with square threads (above 4″ diameter) for strength & stability at depths upto 300 feet & can accommodate an external / internal submersible pump.
