To Fry: Heat Vegetable Oil in frying pan, fry each Udad Papadam (Thin Crispy Cake)for 2-3 seconds. Remove from oil and drain extra oil. To Roast: Roast form few seconds on open fire till they are cooked. To Microwave: Brush Papadams with edible vegetable oil on both sides. Cook on full power for approx. 45 seconds until ready.
