Divya Gau Dhara A2 Bilona ghee is prepared by the VEDIC CHURNING METHOD which is also known as BILONA METHOD by the milk of RATHI cow. While preparing the Ghee, hygiene and purity is our foremost priority. We strictly avoid the plastic and aluminium containers and tools for preparing the Ghee because they distroys the purity of Ghee. We start the process of preparing Ghee by first collecting the fresh and pure milk of RATHI cow in steel containers and following that we store that milk in Earthern containers and heat up on the cow dunk cakes . Moving ahead we prepare curd from that milk and extract the butter by using VEDIC CHURNING or BILONA METHOD. At the final stage the Ghee is being heated up on three different containers i.e. First in EARTHERN JAR then in COPPER JAR at last in BRASS JAR which enhances the nutrients and quality of Ghee. Hence, India’s Purest A2 Cow ghee is manufactured.
