Smoothen the surface by applying thin coats of putty to fill in all the dents Mix 300ml to 600ml of water per 1 kg of distemper depending on the absorption characteristics of the surface. Apply the first coat and allow it to dry for 6 to 8 hours After the first coat dries , apply the second coat and allow it to dry overnight.
