1. The best grade of Iron Ore in regards to quality & quantity. 2. Billing will be done directly in the name of the Mine Owner. 3. LOI to be issued in the name of the Mine Owner from the Potential Buyers / Steel Plant Owner. 4. The formal correspondence to be completed i. e. Purchase Order & Sale Order from both the side. 5. After complying of everything the Royalty Amount of the asking quantity only to be paid in advance for obtain the Transit Permit (TP) from the Mining Department of Government of Odisha. 6. The balance amount to be given at the time of lifting the material from the mines. 7. Material can be given to the buyer on Loading in to the Rail (LIR) Or Loading in to the Truck /Lorry (LIT) basis Or as per the choice of the Buyers. 8. The most important factor is that we will be giving a special discount from the Basic Price of the material when it is purchase through us. 9. The discount price will be shared in between the buyer & our consultancy firm. As because some Govt. Machineries are also involved into this.
