About our company: -shiba agro was established in 1997 at dhanbad, jharkhand in india. Initially we started with manufacturing of fertilizer and agro products and a year later we started with manufacturing pigments “ synthetic red iron oxide”
in 2014 we started our offshore company “shibarox pigments co. About product:- pigments are fine, coloured and solid substance, which are usually found in powder form and relatively insoluble in nature to the application medium. They are not affected physically or chemically in the substance in which they are incorporated. Due to its physical and chemical nature, it gives colour to the medium, to which they are mixed and dispersed. Pigments have a variety of applications that include plastics, ink, coatings, cement etc.
Bureau of indian standard (bis) certified grades:-
synthetic red iron oxide : 445, 446, 473, 449.
Premium grade:-
orange 960, yellow 313, brown, micronized red oxide 445, 100.
Contruction grade:-
red 110, 120, 130,190, black 330, yellow 920, compound green and compound blue.
Commercal grade :-
red iron oxide sr-20, e-10, e-20, 425 & p.g. Red 240, 400, sfo.
Uses of iron oxide pigment :-
paints:- for decorative and protective coating.
printing inks:-all kind of printing inks that include ink for metal foils, lacquerers, vanishes etc.
leather, textile industries:-coloration application such as nylon polyesters etc.
