Procedure to Use ( For 100 kg Batch ) - Take 25 kg Amino Silicone Fluid. Now add 12 kg of our emulsifier FX AMS 80 to the above fluid and mix well with a stirrer till all the emulsifier is mixed in the fluid and a thick paste is formed. Now slowly add water step by step at 2-5 litres per minute upto 100 litres . If the solution is little hazy , add a very little amount of acetic acid till the solution becomes clear . The Emulsion formed will have good thickeness and will be clear and transparent in appearance. This process of making amino silicon fluid emulsion is much easier and cheaper than the conventional ways. Precautions: Acetic acid should only be added to make the solution clear . The above process should be followed very strictly. Take soft water for longer stability of the product.
