we are offering organic waste converter. this composter provides favorable conditions of food, water, temperature and mixing for composting cultures. these micro organisms thrive in these favorable conditions. heat generated during their activity is preserved by providing insulation. the increased temperature kills pathogens and also accelerates the composting process. this is a continuous process and is controlled electronically. a blower is provided to supply fresh air to microorganisms. the exhaust is led to activated carbon filter. the outlet of the filter may be connected to chimney or sewage line. organic waste deposited remains in the machine for around 12 to 15 days. during these 15 days composting and curing takes place in the machine. the finished product comes out of the outlet automatically. for the 1st 12 to 15 days, there is no output, after this period, the compost comes out every day as the machine is loaded every day. the machine works on biological process, which is controlled electronically organic waste is deposited at the front end of the machine with 20% saw dust compost is collected automatically in a plastic bag or a tray at the rear end. replace this tray or bag when full following organic waste may be used for composting: vegetable spoilt vegetables fruit skins and spoilt fruits cooked and uncooked meat bones, egg shells bread and bakery materials all cooked food waste garden waste temple waste avoid loading following materials in kwik composter plastic bags and bottles glass, metal newspapers and magazines dog or cat droppings nappies or sanitary waste pharmaceuticals and cosmetics

Organic Waste Water Converter (OWC) Composting is the process of controlled aerobic decomposition of biodegradable organic matter. During composting, microorganisms break down organic matter into carbon dioxide, water, heat, and compost. OWC converts the organic waste into odourless, precompost manure in 15-20 minutes. The shredder reduces the organic waste into the optimum particle size for composting. Then it is mixed and blended for a homogeneous mixture and is converted into pre compost manure in 20 minutes. The pre compost manure is then fed into aerated compost blocks and left for 20 days. The compost blocks are specially designed for the pre compost manure to have proper aeration and suitable environment to mature. At the end, we get manure rich in nutrient derived out of Wasted Organics.
