It is a Four Head , Rubber Profile, Forming Machine with Two Horizontal Heads and Two Vertical Heads. All the Heads are independently driven through Geared Motors with Variable Speed drives for fine tuning of Roller speeds We have considered your surface speed requirements of 30Meters/Minute.We use High Carbon High Chromium Alloy Steels for the Gear Trains. These machines are designed to break the Links in the Metal Strips used in the Rubber strip / profile formation to enable the profile to bend into desired shapes. The Link Breaking is achieved with the differential pulling and loop forming operation by running the Rubber Profile over Drive and Driven Rollers.

These machines take the Rubber Strips in a Festoon formation for drying after a dip in the cooling tank where a Chilled water circulation is maintained continuously. The chilled water tank can be provided with a separator to administer lubrication through soap solution.

The Dispenser Cartoning Machines are Designed for Cartoning Individual products into Cartons. There are two types possible Where the Product is manually loaded into a carton and loaded into a magazine. Machine carries out the Carton closing, gum application and sealing of the end flaps. Where both the Product as well as the empty cartons are loaded into separate Magazines. Machine picks up individual cards and dispensers from magazines .The dispenser is individually pushed into an erected carton automatically. Closing, glue application as well as sealing the cartons is done by the machine

These machines are designed to cut various rubber profiles as per pre-designated lengths. Rotary cutter is mounted on the Motor Shaft and the whole system is mounted below the Machine Bed. Only a small portion of the Blade is exposed above the Bed and this is also well guarded to avoid any accident. These Safety cutting machines are operated Pneumatically wherein a pushbutton initiates and completes the cutting operation.

These Machines are designed to operate on the Continuous Product movement in a Pocket conveyor. All operations like Product insertion end flap folding, glue application sealing etc are carried out as the conveyor moves through various stations. Timing and sequencing of various operations is achieved through Indexing Cams.

Batch Off Machines These are Rubber Strip Cooling Machines wherein dipping the strip in chilled water tank cools the Rubber Strip from sheet mill and then taking the Rubber Strip in a loop formation through an air-cooled chamber. Air Blast is created with the help of Air Circulators mounted on the side as also on the Roof of the Machine. Air Turbulence through the Machine length is created with the help of specially designed Air escape venturies. These are custom built machines wherein Length and width of the machine Is designed as per customer’s sheet mill outputs. These machines can be fabricated from both MS as well as Stainless Steel materials depending upon customer choice.  

These can be both Pneumatically or Hydraulically Operated where Rubber Compound Bricks are cut into small potions for weighing and putting into intermixers. The Blade is moved down by a Pneumatic cylinder / Hydraulic cylinder and cuts through the Rubber compound brick against a Nylon Insert. These machines are designed to be operated with dual hand operation thus avoiding accidental hand finding its way under the blade. Blade is well guarded as well.
