Otherwise, for every reduction of 0.01 from 0.85 up to 0.75 PENALTY is 1% and below 0.75 it is 1.5% from 0.85 of the Current Consumption Charges (KWh) on your Electric Bill. Fixing the capacitors permanently at the load end or at the mains, generally which is recommended for the fixed loads like Pumps, fans etc., and it is not possible for the loads which have variations in the load and PF. 2.
