Rotors in stainless steel, steel & FRP can also be offered. Fan housing is fabricated out of steel, stainless steel etc. Axial Fans are designed for optimum effeciency and low noise levels. Capacity ranging from 0.3m3sec to 70m3sec with static pressure from 3mmwc to 75 mmwc can be offered. PAG impellers are widely recommended for energy conservation over conventional heavy aluminum impellers. Variable pitch impellers do have the flexiblity to varry the capacity by changing the blade pitch angle .

The velocity is well maintained in order to allow the dust to settle down in side the bag house The compressed air for pulsing is designed for maximun cleaning with low compressed air capacity & pressure to conserve energy.

Adroit undertake Dynamic Balancing of rotors & insitu balancing of rotors. Adroit is equiped with Dynamic Balancing Machine & Portable Balancing Machine. We undertake vibration analysis & condition monitoring of rotating equipments. Balancing is done as per VDI 1940 guideline to relevent quality grade depending on the equipments.

Cyclones are commonly used in removal of course dust from air or gas stream and often used as pre collector. The principle advantage is low cost, low maintenance, low pressure drop. Not suitable for fine dust particles. Cyclones can be offered in multistage for better efficiency. Efficiency as high as 90% down to 20 microns can be achieved and can be constructed out of steel, aluminum and stainless steel..
