A valve stem is a self-contained valve which opens to admit gas to a chamber (such as air to inflate a tire), and is then automatically closed and kept sealed by the pressure in the chamber, or a spring, or both, to prevent the gas from escaping. They are most commonly used on automobiles and bicycle wheels, but also for many other applications. The stems for valves are also used in the oil and gas industries for various purposes. Planetary Gearbox works on Planetary motion principle with various parts and stages. Accordingly, each stage of the Planetary Gearbox consists of central sun gear meshing. The gear is accurately positioned with three planet gears around it. The purpose of this is to mesh with the internal teeth of the outer ring gear. Normally, the Ring gear is stationary and forms the part ofPLANETARY GEARBOX the housing. Therefore the input is given to the Sun gear and output is derived from the three planet gears through a planet carrier. However, out of these three gears anyone can be held stationary. Globe & Gate Valves are linear motion Valve and are primarily designed to stop, start and regulate flow. Conventional Globe Valves may be used for isolation and throttling services. A Cam Shaft LH and RH has one or more Cams attached to it. This is generally connected to the Piston which transmits the power. The power is produced by the internal combustion engine.
