We have installed butterfly dampers as small as 100 mm diameter to as large as 3100mm diameter and louver damper of maximum size 3750mm height x 16000 mm wide. Our dampers are working in some of the harshest environments where abrasion, corrosion and heavy dust loading are prevalent. Butterfly dampers are not as precise as louver dampers for flow control but can be used for modulation when precise control is not critical. For more accurate flow control applications, multi-blade louver dampers, radial vane damper can be used. Simple louver dampers, double louver dampers and tandem louver dampers are used for shutting off and regulating flue gas flows. These are designed in circular or rectangular form according to the requirement.

A common misconception is that misting is meant to get you all wet to cool you off. Rather, the tiny droplets or fog, quickly evaporate, cooling the surrounding air. Properly designed, a mist cooling system will work with prevailing winds and air movement, and are often combined with High pressure pumps to move mist or cooled air into the cooled zones. Mist cooling can reduce the temperature up to 30 degrees Fahrenheit in very dry climates.
