Air showers are self contained air chambers installed at the entrance to Cleanroom in order to minimize the amount of particulate containments entering the clean room. Personnel move through the air shower while particulate containments washed off with high velocity HEPA filtered air jets. The high air velocity of 30 m/sec ensures efficient scrubbing action necessary to remove particulate matter. Contaminated air is taken in through the base of the unit, filtered and recirculated into the chambers. Features Main body construction: Heavy gauge steel or 304SS with a 304SS floor to minimize particle generation Optional powder coating in a range of colors to suit customer specifications The double-door model allows the movement of carts and large equipment into the cleanroom area Emergency stop and Power failure safety function Interior fluorescent lighting and flush-mounted windows Programmable microprocessor control and timer with LED display Running and clean mode indicators fitted on front and rear doors Optional timer that deactivates the interlock system 5 seconds after the air shower clean mode has finished Optional audio system and touch panel systems Door Options Straight Entry Straight Exit Straight Entry Right Exit Straight Entry Left Exit Straight Entry Right and Left Exit
