The garment storage cabinets are used inside the controlled environments. These cabinets provide CLASS 100 clean storage space with UV disinfectant and warming by IR lamps. Air balancing:90% re circulating and 10% exhaust.

Pressure Modules available in SS 304, PU coated GI provides HEPA filtered airflow to creat positive pressure within smaller enclosures. Ambient air is filters up to 5 micron level through primary filters and the HEPA filter removes particles of 0.3 micron and larger.   *Available in 500 & 1000 CFM capacities in window mounted or self standing models

Pass through boxes is designed to minimize traffic and contamination entry into the clean room. Enable movement of materials to and from cleanroom. Acts as an air lock device to prevent cross contamination between two adjacent environments.   *Available in Static & Dynamic Models.

Powder Dispensing booths are used to control the hazardous emissions of powders, dust or vapors during powder dispensing, product sampling, or bag dispensing etc., without risk to the operator or environment. The downdraught prevents airborne dusts caused by weighing and dispensing operations rising into the operator’s breathing zone.The air forced  downwards is extracted at low level into the booths filteration system where dust particles are contained at each level of filteration prior to being re-circulated back into the booths air stream.

Ceiling suspended laminar air flow (CSLAF) are used for operation theatre applications, pharma filling & packing line etc. CSLAF provides ultra clean sterile hepa filtered class 100 air in a isolated area where the highly sensitive process activities are carried-out.CSLAF available in complete stainless steel construction or GI construction with PU coated finish.Equipped with minipleat HEPA filter with dynamically balanced ultra-low noise blowers for optimum airflow.

Bio-safety cabinets are available in Stainless steel and GI with PU coated construction. Inner surface are completely line with stainless steel. HEPA filters are of Minipleate type. Differential pressure is monitored through Magnehelic / Minihelic pressure gauges. Working chamber is provided with UV & Illumination tubes. Feather-touch control switch with indicators are provided for the operations of blower / illumination / UV.Bio-safety cabinets are available with various optional Special features such as VFD controlled air-blowers for adjustable airflow, Operation of UV integrated with the front-door movement to avoid accidental exposure to UV rays.   Bio-safety cabinets are available in various standard sizes and custom-built sizes to suit user’s requirement.  

Air showers are installed before the entry of a controlled environment to avoid contamination through personnel entry. Air Showers employ concentrated airflows to lift off contamination such as lint, dirt, dust etc., while an individual walks through a specially constructed chamber.   The high velocity air from jet nozzles ensures efficient scrubbing action necessary to remove particulate matter. Contaminated air then flows through sidewalls of the air shower and flows through pre filters and final HEPA filters.
