CSM model is called Static mixer. There is no moving part and mixing is achieved by a series of static elements which splits the flow and turn in opposite direction. The Static mixer can be treated as part of piping system. Flow direction shall be as per the Arrow mark shown on the mixer body. The flanged joint shall be leak proof like any other pipe fitting such as valve. No special maintenance required.
