Outer and inner channels are pressed out of 2 mm (14swg) tested quality hr sheet fabricated with 10 mm m.s round rod, 40x40x6 mm t.angle, 4mm plate, 32x6mm flat 75x75x8mm angle bolt nut and one coat of blue primer.

Outer and inner medium duty pipes are made out of 50mm & 40mm (wall thickness of 3mm) erw tubes conforming is 1161 grade yst 22 & fabricated with top & bottom plates are 6mm thickness, malleable cast iron nut, pin and hook assembly and one coat of blue primer.
