PTH PCB
The double sided “PTH” (plated through holes) PCB is the universal workhorse of the electronics industry. With increasing complexity and density of components many PCB’s need to use both sides of the Printed Circuit Board. This is more usually supplemented with plated-through-holes where the copper connections go right through the connecting holes to the opposite side of the board. These PTH Connections either form simple electrical connection between both sides of the PCB (Via Holes), or electrical connectivity and mechanical support for leaded components. This makes the double sided PTH PCB a much more physically robust item. Custom manufacturer of plated through-hole (PTH) and silver through hole printed circuit boards (PCB). Various materials worked with include aluminum, fiberglass, gold, copper, Mylar® and phenolic. Available in 24 in. x 24 in. board sizes with 250 V power supply. Features include grid arrays, fine line, flush surface and plug-in. Various additional services include board fabrication, component sourcing, cost reduction analysis, designing, drilling, inspection, routing and stamping. Prototype, small to long run and large volume production can be done. Automotive, avionic, beverage, communication, electronic, food processing, HVAC and other industries served. RoHS compliant. UL listed. On-time delivery.
...moreMetal Core PCB
We are a leading Manufacturer of Metal Core PCB such as Single Layer Metal Core PCB, MCPCB, LED Bulb PCB, Street Light PCB, Flood Light PCB, and Back light PCB. The thickness of PCB's varies from 0.4 to 1.6mm and copper thickness 35 and 70 microns. These products are necessary for high power LED applications due to the amount of heat the Light Emitting Diodes are capable of generating. Offered products are manufactured with optimum quality material and advance techniques as per the standards of market. The offered products can be availed in several specifications at market leading rates. Metal core thermal PCB (MCPCBs, MCB, IMPCB or IMS) are widely used in applications where a dense wattage calls for a good thermal heat dissipation. Thermal efficiency gained by a metal based board allows for downsizing designs and removal of hardware. To avoid short circuits, there is an electrical insulation between the copper tracespads and the base metal using a tailored dielectric layers with high thermal conductivity.
