All contact parts are made out of SS316 or 316L Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of Double Cone Blender. Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching. The same will be provided with ss cover & limit switch. Two nos. of safety road will be provided at back side. Suitable size of butter fly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge & hole with openable cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning. Cones of the Double Cone Blender will be mirror polished from the inside & outside & structure will be matt polished. All moving parts of the Double Cone Blender are covered with SS304 covers. If desired, the products mixed can be directly dicharged into the container by the means of a butterfly valve fitted at the end of the cone. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel. The blender is available either in M.S. Or S.S 304/316 materials. The drive consists of a motor coupled to a suitable gearbox to give the desired RPM.We also offer optional attachments such as the flame proof drive and Jacket arrangement for heating and cooling. The particle size reduction is minimized due to the absence of any moving blades. Blender rotates, the material at the sides nearest the axis starts to cascade first, striking the sloping sides of the cone where it is deflected toward the centre. The progressive cascading action moves material from the smallest axial radius and toward the centre. The speed of the unit determines the point of rotation at which the material starts to cascade. A second action takes place simultaneously with the cascading action. Material falling into the middle of the blender spreads apart as it falls, mixing with the material flowing inwardly from the sides. The double blending action is so rapid and effective that particles of different physical properties cannot separate, and are interspersed uniformly throughout the batch. The blending action continues as long as the blender rotates. Discharge is rapid and complete. There are no corners or vanes to hold or carry material from batch to batch.
