Door : Double-wall door of which inner part is made out of S.S. and outer chamber is made out of Mild-strength Steel coated with powder paint, erected on the strong S.S. hinges with spring lock. Heating elements : Heating elements are fabricated from top-grade nichrome wire that is placed within the porcelain beads and fixed at the bottom and two vertical sides for even temperature across the space. Temperature Control : The temperature is regulated by a flexible capillary, thermostat varying from 5o C above ambient to 250oC with the sensitivity of +/-2o C. Ventilation : Air ventilator is fixed at the top as well as at the bottom to release gases and fumes if any. Control Panel : The appliance is equipped with a panel that is below the door embodying a Capillary type Thermostat in order to control the knobs like Off & On switches, two pilot lamps and panel for fixing the Timer.
