Clicking dies also known as steel-rule dies or cookie cutters are used for cutting leather as well as paper, cloth, fibre, felt and fabrics. The cutting edge of these dies are high frequency hardened making them long lasting at the same time achieving seamless cuts with every stroke. Special foam can be wedged into the die in order to remove the cut components during the clicking process. At Dagger, we use premium quality rule steel to manufacture our dies. We directly import the steel from BOHLER, Austria. Who have been the pioneers in the cutting die industry with over 50 years of experience by providing high quality and long lasting cutting blades. Also, we provide a wide variety of cutting blade profiles, which can be used to cut an extensive range of materials. These blades are available in two heights 19mm and 32mm.

With our extensive facility and machinery we can fabricate milled dies. A milled die is made out of solid block of mild steel and high density steel depending on the customer requirement. Small and intricate designs can be achieved with the higest precision. Various dust and cut component ejection methods can be designed for smooth and efficient cutting process. Since they are formed from a single block of metal without welds of joints, they have superior strength. Hybrid dies are a combination of any of the above die types incorporated in a single die. Also hybrid dies can be made up of different removable sections that can be assembled and alsoserviced by customer in house with just an hexagon key. The results of such dies are high accuracy, durability and increased design flexibility.
