This product combines the advantages of distemper in terms of cost with superior quality in performance. WALFIT -Acrylic Washable Distemper has a shorter re-coat ability period of 3-4 hrs. Hence, the painting job can be finished comparatively quickly. Advantage of "Walfit" Acrylic Washable Distemper is that wall can be washed even after a week after application. We supply this product range in white and unique array of pleasing shades. Due to the exceptional brightness of "Walfit" Acrylic Washable Distemper White, it is especially recommended for ceilings. Application Area: Interior Walls, ceiling and asbestos panels, etc. Method of Application: By brush or roller. Spreading Capacity: 120-150 sq. ft. per 20kg in three coats, but depends on surface preparation and porosity of surface. Drying Time: Surface dry in 15 minutes. Re-coat ability after 3-4 hours. Recommended to be applied at least 4-5 hours before the application of road marking paint for better bonding and smooth application on Concrete surfaces.DIRECTIONS FOR USE Heat the material to 180 - 200°C in the pre - heater with adequate agitation till the material becomes a homogenized liquid. Ensure that the road surface is clean, free from dust and moisture. Heavy deposits of paint require removal. For aged asphalt roads and concrete roads, a primer coat is recommended before 20-30 minutes for proper bonding of the material with the road surface. Ensure that the primer is thoroughly dry and void of solvent prior to application of the thermoplastic material. Ensure temperature of 180 – 200°C and adequate agitation during application. Do not hold thermoplastic above 180°C for more than 6 hours. Do not heat the material above 220°C at any point of time . Change in colour indicates that the material has been scorched owing to overheating and needs to be discarded . Drop - on glass beads must be immediately deposited after thermoplastic application.
