Our re-settable tools have 2 or more usable points and can be sent back to us for expert resetting at a fraction of the original cost. Our standard or non-re settable tools are discarded after they have been completely consumed. All single point diamonds can be set into numerous shank configurations .For special shanks and threads simply supply us with a drawing.

The Dragoon contains specially selected long stones, which are interlocked in layers, in a powder metal blade. This type of setting allows the tools to be fully consumed in use, no servicing is required. This is an important factor on automated and high production grinding machines. These tools are being used on a large number of centreless, cylindrical and surface grinding machines where accuracy of form and finish are important and in certain cases, the Dragoon has surpassed the more expensive polished chisel type for profiling work.
