We are offering oil surge relay. The protective oil surge relay (osr) is used to protect the malfunction developed inside the on load tap changer (oltc). It is installed in the pipe between oltc head and oil conservator. any malfunction builds pressure which leads to increased oil flow. This protective relay triggers the tripping circuit when the oil flow exceed the specified limits, thus making the transformer to be turned off and contain the damager to the oltc and transformer. osr is fitted with special reed switch which assures rust free contacts even after decades after installation thereby is alert for operation. This osr is designed and tested for very intensive seismic levels. osr is a part of the oltc and its properties are subject to iec 60214.

In ma-2 revolution per tap change is 33 rev. Ma-2 is tested for ip-56 protection. Special housing is also available for ip-65 protection.

Ma-9 motor drive unit step by step operation is by cam action switch. ma-9 can be used for "v", "l" and "m iii" type oltc model. in ma-9 revolution per tap change is 30rev. less mechanical operation takes place in ma-9 gear unit. 0.75hp motor is used in ma-9. ma-9 is tested for ip-56 protection.
