About Toroidal Transformers :Toroidal Transformers are passive electronic components, typically consisting of a circular ring-shaped magnetic core of high magnetic permeability material such as iron powder or ferrite, around which wire is coiled to make an inductor. Toroidal coils are used in a broad range of applications in AC electronic circuits, such as high-frequency coils and transformers. An inductor with a closed-loop core can have a higher magnetic field and thus higher inductance and Q factor than similarly constructed coils with a straight core (solenoid coils). This is because the entire path of the magnetic field lines is within the high permeability core, while in an inductor with a straight core the magnetic field lines emerging from one end of the core have a long air path to enter the other end. In recent years, the use of toroidal (donut) shape cores has increased greatly. The advantage of the toroidal shape is that due to its symmetry the amount of magnetic flux that escapes outside the core (leakage flux) is minimum, therefore it radiates less electromagnetic interference (EMI) to nearby circuits or equipment. EMI is of increasing importance in modern low power, high frequency electronics. A side effect in torus-shaped inductors is that, because the winding surrounds the central hole and the current traverses the winding in a circular direction, there is a weakpoloidal magnetic flux that threads the "donut hole" in the center of the torus, in addition to the main toroidal flux direction parallel to the core of the torus.

Obtain from us, SMPS Transformers at market leading rates. About SMPS Transformers :A switched-mode power supply (switching-mode power supply, switch-mode power supply, SMPS, or switcher) is an electronic power supply that incorporates a switching regulator to convert electrical power efficiently. Like other power supplies, an SMPS transfers power from a source, like mains power, to a load, such as a personal computer, while converting voltage and currentcharacteristics. Unlike a linear power supply, the pass transistor of a switching-mode supply continually switches between low-dissipation, full-on and full-off states, and spends very little time in the high dissipation transitions, which minimizes wasted energy. Ideally, a switched-mode power supply dissipates no power. Voltage regulation is achieved by varying the ratio of on-to-off time. In contrast, a linear power supply regulates the output voltage by continually dissipating power in the pass transistor. This higher power conversion efficiency is an important advantage of a switched-mode power supply. Switched-mode power supplies may also be substantially smaller and lighter than a linear supply due to the smaller transformer size and weight. Switching regulators are used as replacements for linear regulators when higher efficiency, smaller size or lighter weight is required. They are, however, more complicated; their switching currents can cause electrical noise problems if not carefully suppressed, and simple designs may have a poor power factor.

We are involved in the business of manufacturing and supplying highly efficient Line Filter. It is a type of electronic filter, which is used to attenuate conducted radio frequencies. Line Filter that we offer is specifically designed under the supervision of expert engineers to ensure minimal flaws in the finish product. We make available Line Filter in bulk and at the most competitive prices.   Types of Line Filter:  A Line Filter may be incorporated in a connector. For example- An AC Line Filter may be incorporated in a modular IEC power inlet connector or Power Entry Module A telephone line filter may be incorporated in a modular RJ11 connector A line filter may be mounted on a PCB An AC line filter may be a stand-alone device, chassis mounted inside the equipment A facility AC Line Filter is mounted inside a room or cabinet, at the point where the AC power co    Characteristics of line Filters:  A line filter may be used to attenuate EMI in either direction. For example Emissions : It may be used to reduce the unintentional conducted emission from the equipment, to a level sufficiently low to pass regulatory limits (such as FCC part 15). For example, in switching power supplies. Immunity : It may be used to reduce the level of EMI entering the equipment, to a level sufficiently low not to cause any undesired behavior. For example, in equipment used in Radio Transmitter facilities The attenuation of Line filters is measured in 2 areas- Common Mode - attenuation to signals that appear identically on each of the wires going through the filter Differential Mode - attenuation to signals that appear on just one of the lines For each Mode, the attenuation is characterized over the frequency spectrum, and measured in dB

Laminated Transformers that we manufacture and supply are widely used in low frequency applications usually between 50Hz and 400Hz. we make use of high-grade parts and components for the manufacturing of our Laminated Transformers. The manufacturing process is supervised by the expert engineers and cross-checked by quality inspectors. Buyers can obtain Laminated Transformers in bulk and at market leading rates from us. About Laminated Transformers :Laminate transformers are mostly used as line frequency, low frequency and low/high voltage step-up, step-down transformers. Two coils are wound over a core such that they are magnetically coupled. The two coils are known as the primary and the secondary. The core material tends to be constructed from thin sheets of a soft magnetic material (approx. 0.35mm thick), usually made of 4% silicon steel, called laminations, these are insulated from each other by varnish. These thin sheets reduce eddy currents by increasing the resistance to the flow of such currents. Eddy currents are one of the elements associated with overall core losses. Core loss is the sum of hysteresis and eddy current loss in a magnetic core. Hysteresis is the energy used up by changing the magnetic state of the core during each cycle and eddy currents are currents induced in the core by time varying fluxes. The core is partially assembled prior to the windings being inserted and once inserted the remaining laminate sheets are then interleaved to avoid all of the joints coming into one place, the joints are then staggered similar to laying bricks. Laminate transformers are used in most low frequency applications usually between 50Hz and 400Hz. The primary tends to have a high inductance this allows low frequency use with minimal core losses. Laminate transformers provide the following: - High voltage step-up, Low voltage step-down, High current output, Isolation. For the purpose of this document, we will concentrate on a step-down laminate transformer. By designing the number of turns in the primary and secondary windings, any desired step-up or step-down transformer can be realized. The coupling between the primary and secondary must be ‘tight’ in a power transformer in order to reduce the leakage reactance, otherwise the drop in reactance will be considerable and will vary with secondary voltage and current. Therefore laminate transformers are wound with concentric windings (the primary and secondary are wound with half the turns onto the core limb, one over the other (to give a close coupling) with intervening insulation.

We are counted amidst the well-known Manufacturers and Suppliers of high-performance Electrical Inductor. It is designed and developed by our experts using high-grade raw materials and advanced machines. The manufacturing process is carried out under the supervision of our quality analysts and thus the finished products remain free from defects. Buyers can easily place bulk orders for Electrical Inductor with us! About Inductor :An inductor, also called a coil or reactor, is a passive two-terminal electrical component which resists changes in electric current passing through it. It consists of a conductor such as a wire, usually wound into a coil. When a current flows through it, energy is stored temporarily in a magnetic field in the coil. When the current flowing through an inductor changes, the time-varying magnetic field induces a voltage in the conductor, according to Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction, which opposes the change in current that created it.An inductor is characterized by its inductance, the ratio of the voltage to the rate of change of current, which has units of henries (H). Inductors have values that typically range from 1 µH (10−6H) to 1 H. Many inductors have a magnetic core made of iron or ferrite inside the coil, which serves to increase the magnetic field and thus the inductance. Along with capacitors and resistors, inductors are one of the three passive linear circuit elements that make up electric circuits. Inductors are widely used in alternating current (AC) electronic equipment, particularly in radio equipment. They are used to block AC while allowing DC to pass; inductors designed for this purpose are called chokes. They are also used in electronic filters to separate signals of different frequencies, and in combination with capacitors to make tuned circuits, used to tune radio and TV receivers.
