Heavy-duty robust construction with inner chamber made of stainless steel and outer made of cold rolled mild steel sheets finished in powder coating. The inter space in between the walls is tightly packed with superior grade glass wool.The inner chamber accommodates stainless steel shelves at adjustable heights. Double walled, insulated door, and is provided in the front with Glass Window, which allows inspection of samples without disturbing the inner chamber temperature.

The PAC series of climatic chambers are a great choice for cyclic low, high temperature and humidity tests. Built with the highest quality and reliability, this chamber is capable of meeting the most stringent testing needs of various international standards such as ASTM, IEC, MIL, DIN, etc. There are two variants of the climatic chamber namely “AH” & “BH” with the temperature range between -40oC to 180oC (for AH) and -70oC to 180oC (for BH). The boiler system simulates humidity between 10%RH to 98%RH with the standard ramp rate of 3oC/Min (also available in 5oC/Min, 10oC/Min, 15oC/Min & 20oC/Min). The AISI-304 grade polished stainless steel test space is non-corrosive and durable, offering high uniform load bearing capacity with a maximum of 100 Kg. The test space comes in various volumes ranging from 120 Litre to 1000 Litres. Inside the test space the airflow is maintained laminar ensuring uniform temperature gradient across the test specimen. There is also provision to keep the test specimen on the adjustable shelves whose maximum shelf load capacity is up to 25 Kg. The adjustable shelves are ideal for electronics/electrical component testing and even to run a live specimen test. The semi – hermetically sealed compressor (both singles as well as cascade refrigeration system) is not only calm but also offer the highest efficiency among its peers. The inner grooved evaporator unit with fins for heat exchange is designed to operate under extreme testing conditions, which not only boost the performance of the chamber but also increase its reliability. Designed and developed by CME’s global R&D team the chamber is engineered with the latest simulation technology with an objective to offer unparalleled testing experience to the customers. The highly responsive touchscreen controller (Envicom Graphite Series) used in this chamber is bundled with whole lots of features; such as Chamber Analytics, On -demand cooling, on – screen diagnostics, safety alarms. It is also integrated with networking ports such as Ethernet, RS 232, RS 485 along with 2GB SD card for test data storage. Technico environmental / stability chamber is a doubled walled chamber. The inner chamber is made of 304 stainless steel material with mirror finish. The outer wall is made of mild steel with powder coating finish or alternately stainless steel 304 with or without epoxy powder coating finish for excellent looks. This is a double walled construction, interior made of thick gauge stainless steel sheets of 304 grade and exterior made of cold rolled mild steel sheets finished in powder coat. Inter space in between the walls is packed with glass puff. The door is doubled walled having toughened glass window and seals against atmospheric infiltration by rubber gasket. The inner chamber accommodates stainless steel trays at adjustable height. Heating elements are made of nichrome heating coils evenly distributed at the back side of the chamber. Forced Air circulation fan assembly is incorporated to maintain uniform temperature inside the working chamber. Temperature below ambient is achieved by refrigeration system consists of evaporator coils, compressor, condenser, fan motor and accessories. Humidity is attained by the mist of water that is circulated inside the chamber for maintaining 40 % to 95 % humidity. A water reservoir will be provided with auto law level water cut off device and alarm. Humidity is controlled by a microprocessor based PID humidity controller, with sensitivity of 3 %. Temperature below controlled by microprocessor based PID temperature controller from + 10 to 60 °C with an accuracy of 1 ° C. A compact control panel with switches, indicating lamps, digital PID controllers etc, is located at the side of the chamber for operational convenience.
