The Edge Welded (Diaphragm) bellows consists of two rings. These rings are edge welded together inside and outside. Edge welded bellows guarantee a very high flexibility. The precision-formed diaphragms are edge welded by micro plasma or laser welding using special fixtures to prevent uneven stress build up. The thickness of diaphragms varies between 0.127mm and upward 0.30mm.
