Swadhika Foods exports frozen IQF totapuri mangoes in the form of Dices/Slices/Chunks and it is produced under hygienic condition through the following process. Fresh mangoes with correct ripeness are chosen for processing. The ripened mangoes are sorted, washed, and peeled. The mangos are either sliced using slicer or hand cut or diced using dicer. The Dice/Chunks/Slices are cleansed, dewatered and frozen using IQF. The frozen produce is put through a sieve, inspected, packed and passed through metal detector and stored at -18°C.
