Our finger jointed veneer rolls are backed with high grade nonwoven fleece to prevent the veneer from breaking or splitting during processing. Our 0.5 mm fleece backed edge bandings are widely used for edging curved surfaces on manual edge banders. It is also used for applications requiring minimum edge visibility. These thin edges are generally recommended only for low abrasion applications.
