Inner chamber made of stainless steel well-polished and fusion welded. The outer is made of M.S. sheets attractively finished in powder coating for durable operation. The inner chamber accommodates stainless steel Trays. Insulation : High grade glass wool or PUF insulation is provided at the sides between to two walls to minimize the sweating in humid conditions. Evaporating coils are lead soldered and fixed in the back side of the inner chamber. Double walled door in front provided with magnetic gasket for perfect sealing and provided with heavy duty latching arrangement. Temperature maintained and controlled by digital temperature controller working in conjunction with PT 100 Sensor. Door operated illumination lamp is provided inside the chamber. Refrigerant system consists of compressor, air cooled condenser and heavy duty motor driven fan provided at the bottom while the control panel with built in digital temp. Controller cum indicator, indicating lamp with switches etc. provided on the top of the cabinet.
