Sauna Pour 4-6 s of pure essential oil or blended oil into a bowl of water, and after spreading it out uniformly on the surface, pour the contents bit by bit onto boiling stones. The vapors produced in this way will have an added supportive effect in the process of detoxification. Vapors Pour 4-5 s of pure essential oil or blended oil into a basin of boiling water. Bend over the basin with head covered by a towel and inhale the vapors, allowing them to act on the skin of your face. It is advisable to close or protect your eyes to avoid any irritation. Direct inhalation Pour 2-3 s of pure essential oil or blended oil onto a cotton handkerchief from which the aroma can then be inhalated. Room diffuser Add 3-6 s of pure essential oil or blended oil to water, then place the water in the container of the room diffuser. Light the candle for 10 minutes, allowing the aroma to spread into the atmosphere.
