These are manufactured at M/S Karthick Industries on specially developed high speed finning machines. finned tube heat exchanger Our machines are capable of finning tubes around a length of 12 m to 18 m (60 feet). We make finned tubes with base tubes of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and copper alloys like CuNi ( copper-nickel), admiralty brass, aluminum brass and copper tins, galvanized iron tins. We do the OD of the tin tube from 16mm to 120 mm ranging from 3mm to 16mm. Currently we manufacture finned tin tubes with 4 FPI to 12 FPI (as per customer’s requirement).
