Wet Scrubber
Indair bag house filters and Wet Scrubber can be used for a variety of applications from bin venting and product reclamation, while providing dependable, long life-cycle, maintenance free performance. These are some of the most efficient and cost effective dust collector models for capture of erosive and non erosive, light and heavy dust particles. When the pollutants are smoke, fume or volatile in nature we use wet scrubber to clean the impure air by scrubbing it with water or necessary solvent. Widely used for flue gas treatments. The design and construction of the scrubber varies with the application and nature of fume. In typical wet scrubber, the polluted gas stream is brought into contact with the scrubbing liquid, by spraying it with the liquid, by forcing it through a pool of liquid, or by some other contact method, so as to remove the pollutants. Special flue gas affinity packing layers are arranged to absorb the impurities. The versatility of wet scrubbers allows them to be built in numerous configurations, all designed to provide good contact between the liquid and polluted gas stream. The design of wet scrubbers or any air pollution control device depends on the industrial process conditions and the nature of the air pollutants involved. Inlet gas characteristics and dust properties (if particles are present) are of primary importance. Some advantages of wet scrubbers over these devices are as follows : Wet scrubbers have the ability to handle high temperatures and moisture. In wet scrubbers, flue gases are cooled, resulting in smaller overall size of equipment. Wet scrubbers can remove both gases and particulate matter. Wet scrubbers can neutralize corrosive gases. ...morerotary air locks
Rotary feeders, also known as Rotary Airlocks or Rotary Valves, are commonly used in industrial and agricultural applications as a component in a bulk or specialty material handling system. Rotary feeders are primarily used for discharge of bulk solid material from hoppers/bins, receivers, and cyclones. Components of a rotary feeder include a rotor shaft, housing, head plates, and packing seals and bearings. Rotors have large vanes cast or welded on and are typically driven by electric motors or small engines. The basic use of the rotary airlock feeder is as an airlock transition point, sealing pressurized systems against loss of air or gas while maintaining a flow of material between components with different pressure and suitable for air lock applications ranging from gravity discharge of filters, rotary valves, cyclone dust collectors, and rotary airlock storage devices to precision feeders for dilute phase and continuous dense phase pneumatic convey systems. As a volumetric feeder rotary airlock valves are also widely used as volumetric feeders for metering materials at precise flow rates from bins, hoppers, or silos onto conveying or processing systems. Industries requiring this type include cement, asphalt, chemical, mining, plastics, food, etc. Features & Benefits We provide assurance of precise alignment and fast installation when replacing valves. Types And Description Backward inclined, backward curved blades Backward inclined, backward curved blade is a highly efficient impeller design. Its employed to handle air and also used for gas medium containing lighter amounts of dust particles and at high temperatures. Reinforcements and surface hardening are done for extra strength, if required. Backward inclined, flat blades An efficient and strong shape, this design is a cost-effective alternative to the backward curved design but with flat blades instead of curved and radial tipped. This results in a slightly lower efficiency, compensated by handling moderate dust particles. Backward inclined, forward curved blades Mostly known as radial tipped blades, this design reduces the potential for dust build-up on the underside of the blades in applications with light or moderate amounts of gas-borne dust. Backward inclined, forward curved blade is an intermediate design for volume and pressure. Backward inclined, aerofoil blades Aerofoil bladed impellers are most commonly used in applications handling large volumes at low pressures. This highly efficient design of fan is used in clean air or with gases containing small amounts of erosive particles. Radial blades Blades running from hub to impeller tip without any curve or inclination essentially a large paddle wheel. This design results in a relatively inefficient fan with power consumption higher than that using the much more common backward inclined blade. Its mechanical strength and resistance to wear makes the fan to handle applications when high quantities of abrasive dust are present in the gas stream or when very high temperature in the gas is expected. Configurations Single or double inlet A double inlet impeller consists of two single inlet impellers back to back on the shaft may or may not sharing a common back plate, providing almost double the flow of a single inlet fan. The selection of a double inlet fan results in a smaller diameter, compact compared to two single inlet fans. Hence a centrifugal fan has a descriptive term as SISW (Single inlet single width) or DIDW (double inlet double width). Single or multiple stages A multi-stage fan consists of two or more impellers mounted on the same shaft. The air or gas flow passes through each one in turn, with a consequent increase in pressure.

They remove odours, smoke and oil mist from your kitchen, which improves indoor air quality and provides hygienic atmosphere for working personnel. They remove oil mist which decreases the furniture and wall cleaning and maintenance work in the kitchen and provides hygienic sight. Thus exhaust fans can serve an important function in your kitchen. Classification The two most common types of fans are axial fans and centrifugal fans. Both available in direct motor driven type and belt driven type. Axial fans move air with blades. Centrifugal fans look like squirrel cages and generally do a better job of moving air than axial fans. Most exhaust systems consist of an exhaust fan, ducting and a pick up hood. Some kitchens have a central exhaust system, in which one fan draws moisture, odours, oil mists from several hoods of the kitchen using a network of ducts. How to Select Exhaust Selecting a fan depends upon The size of the kitchen or hall Number of burners Power availability Duct size installed Air quality required Type of fan preferred We may assit you for fan selection and duct design Note The size of the exhaust fan depends on the size of your kitchen. Power required for the fan depends upon the size of the fan. The duct should be made for minimum loss which improves the fan capacity. Duct balancing is mandatory for system efficiency.

...moreCyclone Dust Collector
Cyclones or Cyclone Dust Collector use cyclonic action to separate dust particles from the gas stream. In a typical cyclone, the dust gas stream enters at an angle and is spun rapidly. The centrifugal force created by the circular flow throws the dust particles toward the wall of the cyclone. The arrangements are made such that dust particles do not escape the chamber. After striking the wall, these particles fall into a hopper located underneath. They create a dual vortex to separate coarse from fine dust. The main vortex spirals downward and carries most of the coarser dust particles. The inner vortex, created near the bottom of the cyclone, spirals upward and carries finer dust particles. Multiple-cyclone separators consist of a number of small-diameter cyclones, operating in parallel and having a common gas inlet and outlet. Multiple-cyclone separators are more efficient than single cyclones because they are longer and smaller in diameter. The longer length provides longer residence time while the smaller diameter creates greater centrifugal force. The single-chamber cyclone is more energy-efficient and economical than other separators.

...moreCentrifugal Blower
Centrifugal fans and blowers typically have one of six types of wheels that draw the air into the inlet of the blower housing and discharges it at 90 degrees out through the discharge of the housing. Indair designs and manufactures centrifugal fans for wide range of pressure, direction of discharge and power to suit customer requirement. Many of the blowers in varying capacities are available in standard specifications. However, we specialize in offering one-off tailor made designs as well to suit customer specifications. The two most common types of centrifugal blowers are pressure blowers and volume blowers. Pressure blowers are designed to draw or push air at high pressures, generally rated in Pascal, Bar or SPWG (Static Pressure Water Gauge) in mm or inches. These blowers are used in burners, furnaces, glass cooling plants etc. Volume blowers are designed to draw or push larger volumes of air, generally rated in CFM (Cubic Feet per minute) or CMH (Cubic Meter per Hour). Centrifugal blowers are typically made of fabricated mild steel, stainless steel or cast aluminum, rarely in inconel, Cast iron and special steels too. Fans are manufactured with different impeller configuration as per application. If you have special requirements that cannot be met with standard fans or blowers, please contact us.

...moreBag Filter
In bag house dust collectors, the dust filled air stream passes through fabric bags that filter the dust particles. With the help of sequential timers and solenoid valves a high-pressure cleaning air most know as pulse jet is blown periodically in the opposite direction of the dust-laden stream through the filter media, to clean the dust sediment layer that would form over the filter surface. This system known as a online pulse jet system. In these dust collectors, cleaning will be done continuously without interrupting the process.

...moreaxial blower
An Axial Fan normally uses a propeller, for more economic there will be 5 or more blades, to draw the air through a section of ductwork or a flat wall panel and out the other side in an axial direction. There is also one type of axial fan that has a centrifugal wheel mounted in a section of duct work and is classified as a tubular centrifugal. Axial flow fans or axial fans use a propeller to draw the air into the fan and discharge it in the same axial direction in helical form. The most common types of industrial axial fans are: tube axial fans (or duct fans), panel fans (or wall fans), vane axial fans, personnel coolers and air circulators. Propeller/impeller used could be cast aluminum or sheet metal blades dynamic balanced for vibration free operation. In variable pitch model, the blade angels could be adjusted to vary volume and pressure developed by the impeller. Capacity of the fan varies with the blade angle extensively without changing speed of the fan. Generally the discharge of the axial fan throws the air in helical pattern. When the helical pattern is not preferred, the directive vanes are included. These fans are termed as van axial fans.
