Operation of Timer based Direct ON Sump pump controller for sump tank and OH tank ·         Fully automatic water level controller connecting sump tank and over head tank maintaining  full OH tank as long as  water available in the sump ·         1 sensor will be put at OH tank at 90% (High)  just below overflow level ·         2 more sensors will be put in sump tank at 10 % just above suction  head called low   and  at 20% called high levels ·         Pump starts  in timer  mode when water is available above 20% in the  sump and OH tank is not Full. The pneumatic diaphragm metering pump consists of a liquid chamber and an air chamber separated by a diaphragm. In the liquid chamber, the suction (inlet) and discharge (outlet) ports have check valves that control the direction of the fluid flow. A pipe nipple connects the controller to the pump air chamber. In the air chamber, the airgas power supply from the controller enters and exhausts through the pipe nipple connector. When the controller exhausts the airgas supply, the liquid suction pressure and the return spring force the diaphragm backwards. The diaphragm stops when the end of the diaphragm stem, which is attached to the air chamber side of the diaphragm, collides with the end of the stroke adjuster.
