Pre-insulated pipes is a product that Seven Star has introduced in India for the first time that aims to replace the antiquated methods of pipe insulation and their inherent deficiencies. The manufacturing process ensures a homogeneous, void-free layer of rigid polyurethane foam which directly bonds well to the inner carrier pipe and the outer jacket surfaces and eliminates longitudinal & transverse joints, which are sources of leaks and moisture permeability.

The spiral casing is manufactured using the State-of-the-Art machine imported from Ms.Spiro International from Switzerland and PUF injection is carried out by using the State-of-the-art SAIP machine imported from Italy which ensures the closed cell content is more than 90% and complete foaming of the annual spacers fixed in between the pipes and outer casing.
