Side loading type Washing machine consisting Stainless steel Inner Drum with four numbers of pressed ‘U’ shape lifters with greater embossed perforations for speedy penetration of water & detergents while washing & rinsing. The inner drums ends are welded with SS plates with larger and strong door with SS lock and the outer drum and end plates are made out of stainless steel confirming to ANSI SS 304. The machine polished smooth surface of the inner drum together with embossing will protect the garments from damage. The inner drum is robustly supported by two numbers of Drive & Drives shafts accurately mounted through three numbers of pillow Block Bearing mounted on the Robust & Rigid MS frame with elegant paint finish. The rotation of drum is achieved by drive arrangements consists of chain or ‘V’ Belt and sprocket pulley and belt from the 440V-TEFC motor (Crompton Greaves) of 3Ph. 50HZ for the final RPM of 36. A panel board made of thick M.S. Sheet consisting of three phases Indicators, main Switches, overload relay, Inching button, Timer etc., Will be Provided to achieve Automatic forward and reverse rotation. Automatic time and stoppage of Machine. Tumbler drier is consisting of an Inner Drum made out of stainless steel confirming to ANSI SS 304. The drum is designed with perforations for penetration of hot air and ‘U’ lifters for proper tumble action. The hot air is generated by L.P.G. system. Separate arrangements are made for rotation of drum and Exhaust fan assembly. Drum rotation is arranged by Drive motor through pulley & V-belt arrangements. Exhaust fan rotation is arranged directly. Hydro-Extractor consisting of rotating dynamically balanced inner drum and stationary outer drum made out of stainless steel confirming to ANSI SS 304. The inner drum is perforated and smooth with Top discharge opening rotating at high RPM, such that due to centrifugal force the garment/linen will be squeezed and loose water and moisture will be removed up to 50-60%. The rotation is achieved through pulley &belt system with an efficient clutch &Brake mechanism. The complete assembly is suspended by three cast Iron suspension column mounted with spherical seating Ball arrangements.  A simple and central lubrication system is provided for easy maintenance purpose.  The drive is from a vertical TEFC Motor of 440 Volts, 3phase 50 cycles of 1440 RPM  An easy spring loaded leg brake system with brake linings.  The volute chamber (Bottom collection) is made out of M.S. Plate.  Equipped with shake absorbing spring with leg brake for fast stop.  Extract water from wet garment and spin dry by high speed rotations.
