Vertical Laminar Airflow directs the air through PRE filter from top bottom level of cabinet and the air flows vertical down flow through HEPA filter towards the work area. Again the air is discharged back to the room. Thus vertical laminar flow cabinet provides only product protection.

It is a carefully enclosed bench designed to prevent contamination of semiconductor wafers, biological samples, or any particle sensitive materials. Air is drawn through a HEPA filter and blown in a very smooth, laminar flow towards the user. The cabinet is usually made of Wood, MS/GI Powder Coated and stainless steel (grade 304/316).
