NIPL’s Vulcanising Presses offer quality equipment designed for trouble-free operation in the harshest conditions. Our presses are easy to set-up and operate. NIPL presses are built to provide uniform heating and pressure across the entire splice area, with heating up to 360F (180C) and specific pressure up to 200 psi(14kgcm2). Its quick heating and Integrated Cooling enable short splicing cycles cutting downtime. NIPL Presses are designed to be used stand-alone or in combination with other NIPL presses. All vulcanising presses are designed to customer’s requirements for belt widths, splice lengths, combinations, voltages, configurations, etc.

NIPL Sheet Pulley Lagging is recommended in order to prevent conveyor belt slippage at the drive pulleys. This saves costs associated with unwanted damage to the belt as well as the pulley. NIPL Strip Pulley Laggìng is easier to handle and apply. It is available in both plain and diamond patterns.

Stainless steel is usually used in food processing environments, and other applications where water or other corrosive materials are present. Brass is used in applications where there are high concentrations of salt or other corrosive solutions.

NIPL Cold Solution is a specially formulated rubber based adhesive used in all applications of bonding rubber to rubber. It has been formulated to use solvents of low toxicity to produce an improved adhesive strength. When used in conjunction with NIPL Hardener, excellent results will be achieved in all rubber bonding applications. It is especially suitable for belt splicing, rubber lining, and pulley lagging.

NIPL offers a complete range of hand tools for splicing, repair and handling of belts. NIPL’s range of special tools includes: Hand Extruders (for applying tie-gum in hotcold splicing and repair), Cord Strippers (for easy and quick removal of rubber from steel cords during splicing) and Cord Cutters.

Based on decades of experience, our Technical team can provide belt changing solutions for conveyor systems of any length and profile. Coilers & Decoilers are manufactured with various types of platforms and drive configurations to suit specific applications. Special bearing arrangement permits easy removal and placement of the shaft loaded with the belt drum. Coilers and Decoilers are designed for stationary as well as mobile platforms.
