Papaya Puree Concentrate is drawn-out from papaya grown in different parts of the Southern regions in India. The chosen variety undergoes through a cycle of processes which includes washing, cutting, deseeding, de-stoning, ripening, inspecting, refining and finally the concentrate is obtained through vacuum procedure. Shimla Hills produces and exports high quality papaya puree concentrate that has all the natural quality and healthy characteristics of fresh papaya fruit. Papaya puree is thick, rich in flavor and contains all the essential anti-oxidants.

Papaya Puree is extracted from sound, ripened and washed fruits by a mechanical process. Thorough screening & separation techniques are used to make the pulp free from particles and impurities.

Papaya Pulp is extracted by commercial processing of properly Matured, Rich, Cleaned and Ripened Papaya. Packing Specifications : Products aseptically packed in pre-sterilized high barrier Aseptic bags of about (215 +2 kgs), in a barrel.

The Red Papaya Fruits (Carica Papaya L.) are harvested, quickly transported to fruit processing plant & inspected. Fully firm selected high quality fruits go to the controlled ripening chambers and are allowed to ripen. Fully ripened Papaya fruits are then washed, peeled, blanched, inspected and deseeded. The extracted pulp is then centrifuged, thermally processed and aseptically filled in pre-sterilized bags. The process ensures that the natural flavor & aroma of the fruit is retained in final product.

The papaya is an excellent source of vitamin C, with 82mg per 100g (4oz), and is rich in carotene. After treatment with antibiotics the use of papaya juice will quickly assist the restoration of the normal bacteria in the gut which will have been destroyed by the treatment.
