Lotus RMP Sheets are fire resistant, generally conforming to BS 476:Part 3 : 1975 and IS 1734 : Part III: 1973. The sheets can replace GI and AC sheets to a large extent for use particularly in Chemical and Food Processing Industries due to their excellent resistance to almost all organic solvents, for eg., Acid, Alkali and Salts. The sheets are also ideal for use in hilly regions, very cold places as well as hot and humid zones due to their inherent property of absorbing ultra violet light and converting it into thermal energy, and functioning as heat isolation agents.
