HIGHLY EFFICIENT PULSE JET BAG FILTER The pulse jet bag filter is used for collecting and removing solid particles from exhaust gas. Its applications include: collecting dust from the high temperature gas exiting clinker cooler, preheater, raw mill and dryer; collecting dust as the finished product of grinding systems forcement, slag and coal; exhaust gas de-dusting in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, chemical processing, machine manufacturing or residential steam boilers

The large pulse jet bag filters developed by Sinoma-tec have been used in various ESP conversion projects (ESP to BF conversion technology). A series of bag filters have been designed to cater to production lines of different capacities. By the end of 2012, Sinoma-tec has successfully completed about 100 ESP to BF conversion projects for cooler and preheater de-dusting in cement production lines.
