Pressure seal body-bonnet joint - Line pressure is used to create a tight body-bonnet seal. Higher the pressure, tighter the seal. Parallel-slide gate with disc-springs - Better sealing, lower operating torque, minimises possibility of disc jamming. Fully hard-faced trim - Disc, seat-rings and back-seat hard-faced for longer service life. Welded seat ring - Eliminates leakage path between seat ring and body, does not loosen up due to temperature fluctuations or vibration. Valves available in intermediate pressure classes (#3100, 3500 & 4100) to meet specific customer requirements. Option - Valves are offered with pillar yoke arrangement that provides easy access to gland packing.
