Purerol Naphthenic OIL Purerol Parraffinic Oil - P 25 , P -35 , P -245 , P- 42  Purerol Aromatic Oil This classification is generally based on the aromatic content of these hydrocarbon OILS. Aromatic OILS have the highest plasticizing activity followed by naphthenic and then paraffinic. However, aromatic oils are most staining while paraffin’s oils are least staining. The selection of these oils in rubber compound is decided by the various factors such as degree of plasticization required, extent of staining, compatibility with polymers etc.   DI OCTYL PTHALATE Dioctyl phthalate (DOP, DEHP), is clear, colourless, viscous liquid with a slight, characteristic odor. Soluble in ethanol, ether, mineral oil and the majority of organic solvents. Immiscible with water, resistant to hydrolysis and air oxygen activity. Its high plasticizing efficiency, fusion rate, viscosity, low volatility, UV-resisting property, water-extracting proof, cold-resisting property, and also good softness and electric property found a lot of applications in many offshoots of the industry.

1. QUENCHING OILS Purerol Quench 11 & 39 These oils are used for all normal quenching operations on a wide variety of steel to impart the desired hardness to components without distortion. The special compounding agent incorporated in oil improves the wetting ability of the oil, so that it provides faster initial cooling for optimum hardness, where as the base oil ensures slow cooling in the final stage for stress relief and distortion free results.   2. HEAT TRANSFER FLUIDS Purerol Therm 500 & 600 These oils are premium quality medium viscosity oil having exceptional properties for a long and trouble free life in the system. It posses high oxidation and thermal stability.   Metal Working Oil(Water Soluble)   I. SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL Purerol Super Cut Purerol Soluble Cutting Oil Purerol Coolant Special These oils are metalworking fluid concentrate which when mixed with water form an emulsion. It is because of their good thermal conduct these oils have the ability to dissipate heat more readily than neat cutting oils. Consequently water soluble coolants have become vital in achieving the higher feeds and speeds required to ensure maximum production efficiency. It can be used at 5% concentration in water.   II.SEMI SYNTHETIC SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL Purerol Syncut 240  Purerol Syncut Super (Chlorine free) It is semi synthetic cutting oil possessing very good anti-rust, anti-corrosion and biocide properties. It has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which impart excellent surface, finish and minimize tool wear. It provides highly stable emulsions in a wide range of water hardness are obtained on adding the oil at recommended dosage levels (3 % to 5 %,) to water with continuous stirring. It can be used in a variety of machining operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.   NEAT CUTTING OIL Purerol Neat Cut A12 , 32 , 945 , 156 , 123 These are a range of highly refined transparent, active & inactive type of cutting oils with extreme pressure properties. These cutting oils are specially developed for wide range of machining operations. They are blended from highly refined high viscosity index mineral oils and carefully selected additives.   PUREROL HONING OIL It is a high performance cutting oil especially developed for super finishing operations e.g. Honning, Lapping etc. However, this oil can also be used in other low to moderately severe machining operations.   PUREROL BROACHING OIL This oil is formulated with highly refined base Oils fortified with suitable EP additives of fatty oil and active sulphur for improved surface finish and anti-misting. It is recommended for Heavy duty severe machining operations such as threading, tapping and broaching on ferrous metals and more difficult alloys.   PUREROL DRAW OIL It is a heavy viscosity product formulated with mineral oils & extreme pressure additive and lubricating agent. It is excellent on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can be used for drawing, forming, stamping, punching and other applications.   PUREROL RUST REMOVER Rust remover dissolves rust from corroded metal parts without scraping or scrubbing. After complete removal of rust, wash the component with water. Once rust has been removed, it is important to treat metal with some kind of protective coating such as dewatering type of rust preventive oil, so that the clean metal surface does not re-rust.   RUST PREVENTIVE OILS Purerol RP DW 901 , 902 , 904 ,950 , X 30 , X 32 , XXL  Purerol RP DW 303(NON – DRY) Purerol RP 602 These Rust Preventive fluids are soft film forming, solvent deposited, and water displacing type oil. These oils are used for the protection of metallic surfaces during transportation and storage. It is applied directly to the metal surface by dipping spraying or any other appropriate mode thereby forming a protective barrier. The corrosion preventives are readily removable by hot or cold solvents, wiping or stripping.

PUREROL WHITE OIL These OILS are manufactured from highly refined Base Oils. It consists of saturated paraffinic and cycloparaffinic hydrocarbons. The refinement process ensures complete removal of aromatics, sulphur and nitrogen compounds. It is a colorless, transparent oily liquid, odorless and tasteless.   PUREROL CLEANING OIL It is a cleaning oil/degreaser that utilizes newly developed technology to provide a solvent-based product with cleaning power that in specific applications equals or exceeds many solvent based products. This product is highly effective at removing organic products such as greases, petroleum oils, and fatty oils in a variety of applications.   PUREROL TRANSFORMER OIL It is a highly refined mineral oil that is stable at high temperatures and has excellent electrical insulating properties. It is used in oil-filled transformers, some types of high voltage capacitors, fluorescent lamp ballasts, and some types of high voltage switches and circuit breakers. Its functions are to insulate, suppress corona and arcing, and to serve as a coolant.   PUREROL EDM OIL It is a premium quality dielectric fluid meeting the requirements for insulation and controlled dielectric discharge during electric discharge machining operations. The low viscosity of the fluid provides good circulation through the spark gap and more rapid removal and settling of metal scarf. Has excellent oxidation stability, which reduces the formation of oxidation products that will alter the dielectric strength of the fluid.

HYDRAULIC & CIRCULATING OILS (ANTIWEAR TYPE) Purerol Hydraulic Oil 15/22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320 & 460 Antiwear Hydraulic oils are generally used for the lubrication of axial, piston, vane and gear pumps. These oils are especially required in systems where both piston and vane pumps are used for heavy duty service. These oils may also be used for lubricating light loaded gears and bearings. These oils are not intended for use in hydraulic systems containing silver plated components.    ANTIWEAR HYDRAULIC OIL (EXTRA HEAVY DUTY TYPE) Purerol HLP 22, 32, 46, 68,100 & 150 These heavy duty type of antiwear hydraulic oils are especially required for use in oil operated fluid power systems that are subjected to shock loads, variable speed for continuous operating condition of high severity. These oils are also used for moderately loaded industrial gears, bearings and hydraulic devices with hydro mechanical actuator.   INDUSTRIAL GEAR OILS Purerol Gear EP 46, 68 ,100,150,220,320 , 460,680 & 1000 These oils are recommended for systems where the operation is under extremely severe and hostile environments such as Gear drives Industrial Gear oils of Rust and Oxidation inhibited(R&0) - equivalent performance standards are also available. It can be made upon request. GENERAL PURPOSE MACHINERY OIL Purerol Machine Oil 32, 46, 68 ,100,150,220,320 & 460 Recommended for general lubrication of industrial equipment bearings, line shafts & for use in the lubrication systems of machine tools, textile machines and other machine parts, which are lubricated by a thin film of oil. Heavier grades of these oils are also used in the lubrication of small open gears, under light duty conditions. SPINDLE OILS Purerol Spindle  2 ,5, 10/12 & 22 These oils are premium quality high performance products primarily designed for the lubrication of high-speed spindles in machine tools which is formulated from selected high-quality, low viscosity base oils and additives that impart good resistance to oxidation and protection from rust and corrosion.
